These terms describe the standard conditions for online dumpster rentals with RentForce. The price, included rental days, weight allowance and applicable extra charges shown during checkout form part of your rental details.

Booking and payment

Full payment is required before a dumpster is dispatched for delivery unless RentForce expressly approves other arrangements. Requested delivery windows are preferences and exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather or routing.

Placement and access

Customers must provide a safe, accessible placement area on private property. Roadway placement is not offered through the standard online booking process. Customers should disclose access restrictions and placement concerns before delivery. Optional plywood driveway protection reduces contact but cannot guarantee against surface damage or pre-existing defects.

Permitted materials and additional charges

Do not fill above the dumpster rim. Hazardous waste, propane tanks, batteries, paint, chemicals, pesticides, tires and asbestos are prohibited. Extra weight, extra rental days, prohibited materials and special disposal may result in additional charges at the applicable rates. Contact RentForce before booking unusual or heavy materials.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

• At least 24 hours before scheduled delivery: Cancel or reschedule free of charge. A cancelled prepaid booking is eligible for a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery: A $75 cancellation fee applies.
• After the driver is dispatched but before delivery: A $125 cancellation fee applies instead of the $75 fee.
• After delivery: The standard rental charge applies.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours: Free if RentForce can readily accommodate the change; otherwise a rescheduling fee of up to $75 may apply.
• If RentForce cannot fulfill the agreed delivery date: You may reschedule or cancel without a cancellation fee, with a refund of prepaid rental charges if cancelled.

Cancellation fees are not cumulative. Where applicable, refunds of prepaid charges are reduced only by the relevant cancellation fee and any charges already incurred. Responsibility and insurance inquiries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate placement information and using the dumpster as agreed. For questions about insurance coverage, potential property damage or specific site conditions, contact RentForce before booking. No particular insurance coverage is represented by this website.
