Information we collect

When you request or book a rental, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, preferred delivery date, placement instructions, materials description, booking details and electronic rental agreement acceptance. Our website may also receive technical information such as IP addresses and browser data through normal server operations.

How we use it

We use booking information to check availability, prepare invoices, process bookings and payments, arrange delivery and pickup, contact you about your rental, maintain business records and respond to customer support requests.

Service providers

We may use third-party services for website hosting, address autocomplete, email delivery and payment processing. Information needed to provide those services may be processed by the relevant providers under their own terms. Payment information should be entered only through the payment page provided during checkout.

Sharing and retention

We do not publish customer booking information. We may share necessary details with drivers, operational personnel and service providers involved in fulfilling the rental, or when required by law. Records are retained as needed for rental administration, accounting, legal obligations and dispute resolution.

You can contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to ask questions about retention and deletion, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
