RentForce Dumpster Rental Agreement

The standard rental period is the number of included days shown for the selected dumpster. Additional rental days are billed at the displayed daily overage rate. The base rental includes the displayed disposal allowance; excess weight is billed at $129.99 per additional tonne unless another rate applies to the material or service area.

Full payment is required before a dumpster is released for delivery. Requested delivery times are not guaranteed to the exact minute. The customer must provide a safe, accessible placement area on private property. Dumpsters may not be placed on a public roadway through this booking process.

Waste must remain below the top rim. Hazardous materials, propane tanks, batteries, paint, chemicals, pesticides, tires and asbestos are prohibited. Additional charges may apply for prohibited items, appliances, mattresses, excess weight, additional days or special disposal.

Driveway Protection, when selected, uses plywood beneath the front and rear rollers to reduce contact with the driveway; it does not guarantee against all damage and does not cover pre-existing or unsuitable surfaces.

Cancellation: Free cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before delivery. Less than 24 hours before delivery: $75 cancellation fee. After the driver has been dispatched but before delivery: $125 cancellation fee. Once delivered, the standard rental charge applies. Short-notice rescheduling is free if readily accommodated; otherwise a fee of up to $75 may apply. If RentForce cannot fulfill the agreed delivery date, cancellation or rescheduling is free.
