Please do not place any hazardous waste, such as Propane Tanks, Batteries, All Paint Cans, Chemicals, Pesticides, Tires or Asbestos. The customer will be billed for the cost of environmentally responsible waste disposal if hazardous waste is discovered in the bin after it has been returned. Please note there are additonal charges for Matresses & Appliances as outlined in the contract.
Do not fill past the top rim of bin. Please ensure that the volume of waste does not exceed the top rim — otherwise, it may impede our ability to tarp & transport the bin.
On the first day of your rental, we guarantee delivery of your bin between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You will receive a text message on the morning of your delivery with your delivery window, followed by another update when your delivery or pickup is next in the queue. While we will make every effort to provide a more precise delivery time on the day, we cannot guarantee specific times due to variables such as weather, traffic, and distance. If you require delivery at a specific time, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
After ordering a bin, it is best to anticipate a delivery time of one to two days to avoid timing conflicts, though same-day deliveries are possible.
A clean fill bin only has one of the following materials in it: block, asphalt, gravel, broken concrete, soil/sod, or bricks. Any additional materials found in the bin will be treated as a solid load and subject to additional dumping fees. eg. 1 Bin = Concrete, 1 Bin = Rock, 1 Bin = Soil/Sod. Mixed loads will be subject to an additional dumping fee of $129.99 per tonne, with a minimum charge of one tonne.
If you need to extend your rental period of a bin, an additional fee of $25/day will be charged for each day you keep the bin beyond the original rental period.
We prioritize the protection of your property and are pleased to offer our Driveway Protection service for $29.99 plus HST. This optional service includes the placement of a protective layer of plywood beneath the front and rear rollers of the dumpster to mitigate potential damage to your driveway.
Please note that RentForce is not liable for any driveway damage resulting from the overfilling of the dumpster. Additionally, RentForce disclaims any responsibility for pre-existing driveway conditions that may be aggravated by the placement of the dumpster, regardless of whether the Driveway Protection service has been purchased.

To arrange for a cancellation, please contact RentForce at 226-408-5466. Kindly note that a minimum of three (3) days' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an order. In the event of a cancellation with sufficient notice (three (3) days or more), a credit will be issued for a future dumpster rental. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Yes, a full payment is required prior to the drop-off of your dumpster rental, which can be completed through the provided invoice. Any additional charges incurred due to excess tonnage beyond the one (1) tonne included in your rental will be invoiced following the pickup of the dumpster. Excess tonnage is charged at a rate of $129.99 per additional tonne.
You do not need to be home when we deliver your bin, but please be sure to provide clear instructions on where you want your bin placed.
We do not provide lids for our bins. We recommend buying a low-cost tarp to cover the top of your bin if required.
We recommend placing your bin rental on a flat, non-sloped surface, which is why a driveway is an ideal place. We are also able to place the bin on a lawn if it meets the conditions stated above, but caution that a lawn is often a soft enough surface that a bin rental may leave ruts once it has been removed. If this is the case, it is the customer’s responsibility to repair the damage.
